        Absolutely the best customer service ever! We arrived at shop at 9.10 and said oh its not open til 9.30, we dont wanna wait til then, as it was really cold and we had no other shopping to do elsewhere. And the lady heard us, she came to window and mouthed do you want to come in which we said yes, so she opened the shop for us! Then she asked if we would like a cup of tea. What a fantastic customer experience! The shop is set out so beautifully with absolutely exquisite quality things. I brought some amazing, beautiful rings and received a lovely quality free gift bag too, so pleased with them. Staff are always so polite, welcoming and helpful. I would one hundred per cent recommend this shop!

        Yesterday ran into this wonderful shop (my go to gift shop) late for an event and in need of help. The team Kirsty, Jess and Kay found my cards, wrapped my gifts beautifully and rallied around me on a busy Friday afternoon without a second thought.
