Neville Funerals in Ampthill have again been fantastic in supporting us through another family funeral. Michael and Shona have been excellent with their professional manner, their sensitivity and their wise advise throughout. Every stage went smoothly without any problems. We were able to have exactly what we wanted without any pressure to choose something different. We recently used Neville's Funerals Ampthill to organise a funeral for our dear daughter. Our meetings with Shona to arrange for our daughter to be taken into their care, agreeing our requirements and then dealing with the administration were first class. On the day before the funeral, Michael called to reassure us that all was in place, confirmed the time they'd be arriving at our home and took us through the arrangements for the day. On the day, Michael and his team were excellent, they were dignified and understanding and gave us confidence that all would be OK so we could concentrate on ourselves and the family. The service from Neville's is first class and I would recommend them without hesitation.
