        Booked taxi online using their website and received email confirmation, but they just didn't bother to send the taxi.

        I was very satisfied with the ride and the driver. But I was very unhappy with the service from the taxi company - you should not lie to your customers and you should take into consideration when a customer is getting a train to work. I waited over 20 minutes for a taxi. I could track my taxi and could see it was coming from toddington but Flitwick Taxis still lied claiming their system was down and my driver will be with me in 2 mins which would be 5 minutes after his booked arrival time- despicable. I need a reliable service therefore I will not be using your service again!!
