        I am chasing on a daily basis for 30 deposit. It has been now 3 weeks. Dreadful service, avoid this company like the plague and should be rported to the vonsumer suthorities

        Places an order on the 28th June and it still hasnt shipped. So disappointed in this company. They assured me it would ship in 24hrs.. and every day since they say the same thing. Their logistics side appalling

        I purchased 4 gas cylinders from Sodastream and when empty I returned them in the box provided with the Sodastream label and a month later I am still waiting for my 40 deposit to be returned! If you go for this service, be sure to keep the Collect+ receipt - you'll most likely need it to prove the cylinders were returned.
