Flitwick High Street Dental Practice

After visiting with a cracked back wisdom tooth in December I was advised it would need to be removed, i was told the procedure would be quite invasive and was advised sedation due to being very anxious, after waiting for my referral to be processed I rang a month later for an update as I was now in a considerable amount of pain. I was told my referral had not even begun because they failed to request my NHS number. After another month of no update I visited Silsoe dentist because I couldn't get an emergency appointment after 2weeks of ringing at 8am. The dentist at Silsoe x-rayed my wisdom tooth (something that wasn't even done before) and I was told they could have my tooth out there and then. I paid for it in the end and was pain free for the first time in 4 months. This practice rang me weeks later to tell me my referral had been refused anyway due to my request for sedation, which I only requested because the way they had described the extraction to me made me extremely anxious. The lack of communication is shocking and so are the people skills. My daughter had an abscess, I rang for an emergency appointment and was asked 'can she hold on for another couple of days?' again I went elsewhere and had antibiotics for my daughter by the end of the day.

Every time i contact them with tooth ache there is never a dentist there i need the dental help and they just cant seem to do it disappointed now

After visiting many dentists in the past I decided to choose Mohammed and Charlotte at Flitwick high street practice. There service is excellent they always do there best to fit me in when there busy. The work is always of a high standard with minimal fuss and they make you feel so comfortable in the chair that you dont want to leave. Wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else.
