If I could leave zero stars I would. Went in to try to speak to the receptionist about changing an appointment for a clinic I attend and they were very unhelpful. She kept saying NO to every question I asked. I went home and found a phone number on the internet and managed to change my appointment. Why she couldnt have given me the number Im not sure.
