Tom Vaughton helped us through the process of buying a house and he was outstanding. He advised us on regulations and was so efficient in bring the process to a successful conclusion. He is very prompt to answer emails, he explains in detail and ensures that we have understood the issues, he carries out his role in a very timely manner, and he was patient with us every time that we spoke. I can't recommend Dan, Helen and Eloise enough. They helped us both sell and purchase a property and their knowledge and expertise is invaluable. They were always available if we had any questions and took the time to explain it all to us in a friendly and professional manner and gave excellent advise. I firmly believe our chain would have collapsed if it wasn't for Dan, Helen and Eloise and all their hard work and I can't thank and recommend them enough. Highly recommend! We've just used D&V on the sale of our old and purchase of our new home. Tom handled our work and was amazing. All communication is speedy, Tom would happily take the time to talk us through anything we were unsure on and overall they were a pleasure to deal with. Tom was also great at offering his advice on how to handle tricky situations/negotiations which we greatly appreciated. Having used terrible conveyancers in the past, I can't recommend D&V highly enough!

Having used different conveyors in the past, I can confidently say, Tom and his team offer an exceptional service. I wouldnt hesitate using them again in the future.
