Not good service finish early some have no Sunday service and plus they not doing the 2 scheme right rip off

Absolutely useless company. Not worthy of any stars. Constantly cancelling the 28/28a bus service, leaving rural villages with no means of transport. I even called Grant Palmer one day who confirmed the 28 bus was running as I needed to get to an appointment- when in fact theyd cancelled all of them. Why lie??? Huge inconvenience. They shouldnt have the contracts if they dont have enough drivers. 28 for a taxi to Bedford!! This has been going on for years. Sort it out or hand the contracts back.

Terrible company,. Bus 68 runs how it wants and when it wants. (doesn't usually drive) My daughter goes to school at Stewartby and she waits every day after school for the bus at 3.40 pm that never comes...

I came back from bedford and he was 10 minutes later and it was my first time on the bus and I didn't know what to say and I'm clearly a child like the bus driver said before and he new I was a child so my mum got on the bus and he said that I could not be refunded the about 2.00 so my mum wanted the money back and was not going to leave the bus until I got my money back so he started to drive away then my dad bloked him in and was staring to call 999 and they did not answer so we have his number plate and a picture of him and we will report him and will like both fairs back and a apologies letter this was sandy market please around 6.30 to 6.40 I don't recommend if you are 14

Constantly late or services are infrequent. What's the point of running a bus service if you can't even be on time?
