        We just completed a four night stay at The Owlets in Ampleforth and were totally pleased with both the accommodations and the area. The cottage is very comfortable and well equipped. Owners Reese and Anna made sure we had everything we needed including breakfast provisions, wine, wood for the fire and lots of info about local attractions. The town has two excellent pubs and is a great base to explore local attractions and York. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone planning a vacation in Yorkshire.
