Brian and his team have done a superb job in creating a large patio area, low walling, steps and built in water feature. Brian listened to exactly what was required and ensured that the project was completed to a very high standard. The whole team were exceptionally professional, and completed the job from start to finish without any delay, always involving us if something needed to be discussed. It was an absolute delight watching our project emerge with such a great team of highly skilled, friendly and courteous builders where high standards was the norm. Brian and his team have done a fantastic job doing a complete makeover of our rear and front gardens. Everything was done whilst we were on holiday and communication during this time was brilliant in terms of keeping us up to date on their progress. I coins not be happier with the result! I would highly recommend their services.

Brian and his team did a full makeover of our front and rear gardens. This involved new porcelain path and patio area, edging stone around lawn, construction of composite decking area, levelling off of lawn area, creation of gravelled areas, construction of shed base and composite shed and installation of double gate and matching fencing. Brian and team were all professional, punctual and good workers. They were flexible in doing the work in 2 separate periods to meet my needs. The end result looks fantastic and has been finished to a high standard. I would definitely recommend Brian Swales for groundworks and landscaping work. Services: Patio paving, Excavation & grading

Never at any point did I state i was after a cheap job, so no idea where that info came from. He couldn't be bothered to do a qoute, that was the issue.and no explanation given. I will give my 10,000 to someone who genuinely is interested in working.
