After experiencing some difficulties on the day we were travelling, we phoned Lime Kilm farm, who we spoke to a few days ago regarding their cottage. It was being refurbished at the time and wasn't ready but we kept their number. To our relief, the refurbishment had finished and no one had booked. The owner Ian was very accommodating and at very short notice, he managed to keep his staff on site a little bit longer than normal to sort out the beds and make the cottage ready for us. A massive thanks to Ian and his staff Surrounded by stunning countryside, we stayed in the Horseshoe Cottage. This a lovely very comfortable two-bedroom cottage and is the biggest of the three he has on-site, will easily suit a family of 5. The farm itself is situated just outside Norton St Phillip and is only a 25 min drive to Bath which makes it a lovely and convenient location, definitely be coming back.
