Excellent course! I have wanted to do this for years, and am very pleased I chose Go Freediving. Our instructor, Sarah, was patient and clear, helping us learn all the necessary skills in a safe and supportive environment. I particularly valued the emphasis on mutual support and learning how to rescue a buddy having problems. I was pleased with myself for managing to do everything I had set out to learn, and will be back to keep up these new, valuable and exciting skills

What an amazing course. Thanks to Emma and the team. We learnt some really good skills and got deeper than I thought I ever would. Will be using to great effect on the summer to dive for some dinner in South Devon! Hoping to comeback for the next level soon.

My partner got me this course as a birthday present and I'm so glad she did! We had Leanne as our instructor, who was absolutely brilliant. She taught us everything we needed to know, and pushed us to our comfortable limit while keeping us safe. Emma and the team were super welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Having just returned from my freediving course this weekend I wanted to leave a review about my experience. Appalling weather made no difference to an amazing weekend. Excellent instructor, very professional, knowledgeable and patient and never feeling rushed, all in a relaxed and calm manner. Would highly recommend to anyone.
