Their reply is totally incorrect and dishonest.. please read. Shocking!! Advertised a gas dryer for sale. I enquired..(answered phone to their business with 'hello' so wasn't sure I had the right number), the promised call back wasn't returned. Eventually agreed to purchase the dryer 'by messenger'. Arranged a delivery day (after 4 messages trying to get a response). I arranged my fitter to come that day to install. After emailing asking for rough delivery time I received a message 'on messenger' (professional!) saying 'machine now not available'!! Shocking! Unprofessional and they have cost me money. At no time did you ask who was going to install the dryer and I did not at any time inform you who was! What rubbish. (I have all the communication in writing as there was no telephone conversation despite asking for a call! The guy I do actually use, for your information is a commercial boiler engineer (David Vale Engineering Ltd who is actually also an insurance qualified inspector and Fulton boiler engineer and probably more qualified than yourself). Total lies in attempt to exonerate your unprofessional business and you might want to stop stating dishonest information. I have been in the dry cleaning and laundry business for over 27 years and never experienced this type of awful service. You obviously sold the dryer to someone else who offered you more money after we agreed the sale! You should be ashamed on how you run a business. Good luck in continuing!!!
