I would give them 6 stars if I could! I have never used this word before to describe a service from a retailer - exemplary! I was going to buy a ride on mower online and went against for the reason of, if there was issues in the future, how can I return it? To hold a warranty, you have to get them serviced. How do you achieve that if you brought a mower online? So I followed a recommendation from a neighbour to go here. Do not be fooled by the small shop front. Inside are sales people (Michael) who are a fountain of knowledge, polite, helpful, professional and patient. He took the time to explain everything to me options wise. He also visited my house with said mower, to ensure it was correct for my wild and unhinged garden, demonstrated how to use it and then stayed to watch me cutting the grass to make sure I had the hang of it. He also came back with a couple of accessories, already built and only the ones I would realistically need. (I had wanted a couple like rollers that would currently be pointless for me). I've also now brought other bits from there and they now have a life long customer. I have now at my own fault punctured a tyre. They are coming to remove it for me, fix it and then bring it back. What more can you ask for ? I'm so glad I went here rather than shopping online. And just incase anyone is wondering, I brought an Atco GTX36H and it has tamed my long wild grass, weeds, slopes and bracken laden 1.5 acre garden into a cut lawn (I have also sprayed weeds and pulled out the big stuff).
