Moonraker Travel Amesbury Taxi

Our driver arrived for the pickup a couple of minutes early. He was courteous and delivered us safely, in a clean comfortable car.

If possible I would rate zero stars I booked this taxi to pick up from a wedding venue in advance had email confirmation with cost confirming booked, I called a few days before to confirm over the phone the gentleman advised it was booked and the email received was confirmation I then received a second email confirmation and to let us know they had increased the price to a set fee. After a lovely wedding this company left us completely stranded we attempted to call the company on several numbers over 11 times over a half hour period it was obvious we were not going to get a response or the taxi we booked. All I can say there were two other taxi companies collecting from the venue who both confirmed they would come back to collect us and take us to our hotel which they did I thank AMESBURY TAXIS who collected us and Absolute Taxis who were on their way to collect us when we called to say we had been collected already by Amesbury

Same issue as others. I booked a taxi to pick me up at my hotel at 0620. I received confirmation email from them about a week prior. No show. Called all three numbers they provided in their confirmation email and none of them picked up. Horrible. Thankfully Ace Taxi was working and got me to my destination on time. Don't use Moonraker, they are amateurs.

Booked a taxi for 7am to take us to the train station (40 minutes in advance of train for a 20 minute journey). Got to a few mins past and thought I should ring to check where they were and they said they had no record of the booking despite me having a confirmation email. They then said theyd try to find a taxi he then rang back and said has the taxi arrived I said no he hung up. I rang again a few minutes later and it was a different guy and he said there was absolutely no record of the taxi. Completely let us down and caused a lot of stress! Service: Limousines
