Met Matthew this evening. Did a great job with a car key - soldering the unlock micro button back on. Will be coming back aswell as pointing my customers in his direction.

I called in to see if a broken zip on a pair of boots could be fixed. I was served by Reece who was extremely helpful and polite and managed to fix the problem.

Wow! An amazing job on my CL pumps - and Matthew actually cared about my shoes as much as I do! He knew I was nervous about having them repaired and took care of them and my nerves. Delighted!
