    Constantly long waiting times in the queue to get served (30min to an hour sometimes). It has been ongoing for months. Please get more staff serving people as the existing staff can clearly not cope with the workload. If possible, avoid this Boots Pharmacy. When is Boots UK going to step in to sort this store out?

    Would give zero but not an option. Store manager horrendous, power hungrey is an understatement. Something personal needed that you could buy at a local supermarket but proceeds to ask questions befor selling me the item at the counter with zero regards for privacy. Would love to see the certificate that makes her believe she can give personal advice.

    Very rude, unhelpful staff. Trying to contact them is almost impossible as they don't answer their phone. I have given 1 star as it wouldn't let me give 0.

    Shocking customer service given to a lady in front of me today. I ended up speaking up to defend her as the stuff and two customers ganged up on her! They were so rude and defensive when she was trying to give feedback to how they should communicate more with customers waiting in the queue which I totally agreed with. Just a simple "I will be right back" will do but they didn't want to take what she had to say and it was very badly handled with two young trainee boys answering the lady back with "we are busy!!" Waving his arms in the air and no apology. I would be disappointed if one of my two boys at working age were to speak to someone like that let alone a lady! Five members of staff all handle it very badly. I won't be using this store again.
