Very rude staff and manageress. I had to collect meds as i was informed that they would be ready to collect that morning so quad in the afternoon for 45 minutes, explained who i was and that I had come for important medication as i had zero left, asked who sent me, i said my GP surgery to which she explained the order hadn't been sent across, but i the explained that i was moving that day from the area, it was a bank holiday weekend and did she have any other suggestions too which LINDSEY the manageress stated to not be rude to her staff, I explained i wasn't but was just a customer needing meds for my depression, anxiety and PTSD as i had non what was i to do and as part of Op Courage needed the meds for my mental health, she then told me to leave and she was banning me from the pharmacy as i said i wasn't leaving until i had my prescription. This caused me to go without important meds that caused further issues (breakdown) and I had to drive 30 mile x2 to ASDA where eye did their best to help, i sat for 3 hours on a Sunday calling 111 to get the rest of my prescription due to Lindsey. Shocking way to treat a veteran going through some hard times and now feeling rock bottom as this has caused me to miss my taking of meds!

Not enough staff unfortunately. Prescriptions take at least 2 weeks to be dispensed when sent electronically from GP. Never answer the phone and text facility sporadic. When will these companies hire more staff or at least open another branch. I'm surprised Tesco hasn't opened a pharmacy as Amesbury is overpopulated now.
