I started working with Mick in March 2020, I cannot express how happy I am that I made that phone call and arranged my first session. Due to lockdown we had to tailer the first few months outside, never thought I would say this but I started to enjoy running. RUNNING. We were then able to use the gym, 1 - 1 sessions so Mick is able to tailer the session to you and what you are aiming for. I thoroughly enjoyed every session even when I had been pushed physically and always came away happy with that I had achieved. If you're thinking about making contact, do it, you will not be disappointed.

I started PT with Mick in May 2021 and I'm so glad I made that choice. I liked that the sessions were tailored to my goals/needs, and Mick somehow managed to make them fun! The studio is great; perfect if you're a bit unsure about walking into a gym by yourself and picking up weights, like I was. I've gained so much confidence through the sessions and highly recommend Solstice Fitness.
