I was stranded just outside Larkhill with a slow puncture at 9amish last Friday, (24th March 2023) the AA told me they couldnt get to me for an hour or more, I had a long journey to do and was desperate for help, I rang a well known local garage in Durrington and explained my situation but they refused to help me, as did other garages in the area. I eventually rang Amesbury Motor Garage and explained my predicament and a beautiful voice (Tanya) assured me that they could help me, she couldnt guarantee how long it would take but as long as I got to their garage I would be helped. I eventually found them and true to their word they helped me, I didnt have to wait, my puncture was repaired as soon as I got there, the lads were really friendly and gave me some serious advice on the state of my tyres and brakes. I made it to my destination on time for my appointment, took my car to a local recommended garage where I was told that the advice I was given by Amesbury Motor Garage was indeed correct. If I was more local to you guys I would have definitely bought my car to you and given you my business but decided to get them all done straight away. I would just like to say thank you so much for helping me out in my hour of need, thank you for the advice and most of all thank you for being so friendly and dealing with my puncture quickly so I could resume my journey.
