        We had a problem with a Titan pressure washer which we bought online some months ago. We contacted the team online and we were told to take the pressure washer to the Amesbury store for a swap. When we got to the store, there was no hassles, no one asked us silly questions and it was pretty easy to have our request sorted out. The staff processed our request without delay and suggested other stores closer to us to pick up the replacement. We opted to pick up at the Amesbury store and the replacement arrived within a day. We were also informed we had a 10 voucher to use in store because the pressure washer was selling 10 cheaper than when we bought. The sincerity of the team is commendable!

        Whilst the local handiness of the store is great and staff fantastic, the SF wholesale delivery system to it can be a bit frustratingly disappointing in that on more than one occasion now theyve text me to say an order is in ready for collection only for me to try and get there and the item(s) is not?
