I received a fabulous service from Clare in regard to arranging my Will. She was really knowledgeable, responded so quickly and gave such good advice covering areas I'd never given thought to previously. Have recommended Clare and her team to several of my friends as a result. Thank you again Clare

My wife and I are in the process of revisiting / redrafting our WILLS. Clare at Bonallack & Bishop is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. We feel confident that when we pass on our family will be able to rely on full support from Bonallack & Bishop (Solicitors).

With numerous property dealings between solicitors over circa 30 years, it was my first (and last!) experience of having to go through a Property Ladder Group (PLG) due to the sellers estate choosing this clearly peculiar method. Whilst the sellers legal representatives also didnt really do anyone any favours, the whole process (circa 3 months!) as a full asking-price cash buyer with no chain was nothing short of excruciatingly painful and overly prolonged. PLG excuse being were not Solicitors or Estate Agents - so what are they? My only assumption is that they are intermediarys, taking an additional commission from a sellers estate, achieving very little as far as Im concerned as it is the still the solicitors that implement all mandated legal actions, not PLG. I also felt on this particular occasion that B&B solicitors could have anticipated and coordinated mandated legal proceedings with the sellers solicitors more proficiently from the offset, for what I considered a relatively simple property transaction. Having to admit this is a great shame because Ive had much better dealings with B&B solicitors in the past.

I'd give zero stars if i could, typically con artists qoute you an amount and just keep delaying and being intentionally slow to force more emails etc for money, 10k to get to the first hearing for CAO, making constant mistakes forcing more correspondence then needed .
