Animal Friends Insurance

Been with Animal Friends for 10 years. My dogs had a lot of health problems. Animal Friends have been amazing. Despite a few large claims, premiums are still low. Deal directly with vets and settle very quickly. Outstanding customer service on the few occasions I've had to speak to them. Highly recommended and I won't buy pet insurance from.anyone else.

just claimed , dog had stomach cancer so had to be put down . 15 years old , was paying 47.34 a month had to pay vets 301.90 bill , animal friends have just put 0.80 pence in my bank , STAY WELL WAY

Struggling with my claim. Animal Friends have several email address's and their departments do not appear to speak to each other. Having areal struggle with my claim and just to make matters worse, they have completely mismanaged a claim....constantly messing up my information. A complete nightmare to deal with and making the loss of my beloved cat, an even more distressing experience. Update; I have been in contact with Animal Friends several times since I posted my original review and to be fair they have listened and responded. I have been able to air my criticisms and my frustrations and I since feel I have been listened to. I do think that there could be some reorganisation of how claims are dealt with to make for a better customer experience.

5 Year policy, No claims until our dog passed and then appalling service with no compassion. Please do not use them.

Still waiting after 1 month to get anywhere with our claim they don't have one person in the company that can translate a few Spanish phrases.
