Every detail was done to perfection - and bearing in mind this was during the depths of covid thats very impressive. There was nothing they werent happy to try and facilitate. Floral orders were particularly challenging at that time, where stock and availability was very poor - yet they moved mountains to include our requested purple theme. So much care and humility given to their very personalized service. James and the team were available at every turn to help guide us through our difficult time. They were able to effectively cater to our requests within the very restricted covid rules. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great, service and catered to personal needs , they treat you as if your one of their family and keep you informed at every step of the way . They went above and beyond looking after our loved one , we knew Sarah was in safe hands . 5 star service . They even acknowledged that pets are part of families and will allow you to incorporate them in the process, as much as you want . We would recommend them everytime . Well done and thank you James, Ben and the team .

It does indeed seem odd to review a buisness of this nature, but it is a time when you really need compassion, and James and Ben were this and more to my family and I. Unfortunately, we have had to use the servcies of James and Ben twice this year. The fact we decided to use them for the most recent loss speaks for itself. Nothing is too much trouble, they are at the end of the phone night and day, and show nothing but kindness and respect for the family, and indeed loved ones we lost.
