Overly expensive for the quality. Yesterday ordered prawn toast to find many of them empty inside with no prawn! They forgot sauce with chicken balls and also no mushrooms in chicken and mushroom curry! Standards are so low and its so expensive. Chilli beef was so dry and over cooked. Avoid.

So disappointed, my family have been going to Phoenix for over 20 years and have always rated them. They were the best Chinese takeaway Id ever had. However, they have recently changed the curry sauce, salt and pepper chicken, crispy chilli beef along with other dishes. Weve ordered on two occasions since the changes to see if it may have been an off day, but both have been extremely disappointing. Will sadly not be ordering again x

After all the years of having the best curry sauce I get home to find theve changed it and the large pancake roll they used to do isn't far off the size of a fish finger so I'm done will be ordering from somewhere else from now on!
