Appalling service. I was there 5 minutes ago. Stood at the bar waiting to be served. 3 or 4 members of staff at the bar all ignored me. Having conversations with each other. One staff member even came over to say goodbye as it was the end of their shift. All I needed was a "will be with you in a minute" from the one person who was pouring drinks. Then to add insult to injury one of the staff who ignored me then went over and served a family who had just come in. Yes it's only a Toby. Yes it was only ten minutes of my life I won't get back. However the point of services is they make some effort to actually serve. Manager. Go watch your CCTV if you don't believe me

Had a family dinner out with five of us. We all had carvery, and it was lovely. The beef, gammon, and lamb were amazing. The pork was a bit tasteless but just fell apart. The service was good, but they were understaffed, so the two girls were always busy, and it took a little while to get the bill, but I dont mind that as it was a Sunday lunch. For the 5 of us to all have the carvery and alcoholic drinks and 2 deserts (some of my family eat a lot), it came just under the 100 mark, which is about 20 a head including drinks and desert. All in all, good service, great food, and a happy and chatty atmosphere.

Service was good. Food was good. Some food was older but new food brought out shortly after. 10 minute wait for gravy which was fine. Good food, good service, reasonably priced. No concerns. Well be back and are regulars. Parking: 2 disabled spaces (my mum is disabled. All good.
