Tables and floors were filthy, couldn't have food with family including 2 very young children due to almost an hour wait with only 5 other tables wanting food.
Staff were slow and clueless.
Cant make a basic latte or mocha, staff need to be retrained on hot drinks.
Staff very quiet when shouting food orders, should be retrained or a have better system when bringing food out.
