Friendly staff and service, forks not clean needed all 3 replacing so disappointed as expected good hygiene

Salad was empty and what was left wasn't nice. Our food was all overcooked and hard to eat but after an hours wait (which we weren't told about) we needed to leave to get the kids ready for bed. The staff seemed far to busy and our food obviously sat for a while on the hot plate until I reminded the waitress and it then appeared a few minutes later. Although I sent one meal back we just didn't have time to wait yet another hour for the others to be replaced. The chicken was charcoal and the steak leather. Won't be returning as this isn't the first time it hasn't been great but deffo the worst meal yet Kid-friendliness: Fine but has to strip the two babies to vests because it was far to hot.
