        Amazing experience with the Chalfont VW team! All through my purchase of a really expensive and long lead manufacturing & delivery Tiguan Elegance. Special mention to Mr Lewis Arthur, a consummate professional even though I must have rang him 1000 times, asked 10x as many questions and even gave him a little grief(apologies!). Thanks Lewis, you made my experience! All the way from my first enquiry to delivering my car to me at home today. 6 stars service! Thank you very much! The entire team was patient, responsive and very knowledgeable. I must have called at least six different car companies when I first began my search. Kept coming back to VW because I got fantastic service each time. Kudos to you guys. I love my new Tiguan!

        My experience of using VW Citygate Chalfont was excellent. A big callout to Lewis and Anderson who never tired of answering my questions. Their product knowledge was excellent. The whole experience was really good from start to finish and took the stress out of a major purchase. Would have no hesitation in recommending Citygate Chalfont for purchasing a vehicle.
