Lovely early dinner, food was wonderful

I spent 110.00 including alcohol and dessert dined in which was nice with my partner . The place was lovely and warm when we had the starter the waiter asked if we want more bread to which we said yes -and nothing arrived. when I asked for the take out of the left overs . I only got the rice and the meat /fish the fish was not nice at all .. no seasoning and just fried off in oil which was old and reused again but on top of that What happened to the salad on the plate that I didnt it eat it all ????? and I expected that to be in the take out when I asked for it as it was still in my plate ? Where did all that go as I did not get it to take home with me ??? To me if I have paid for the food I expect everything on the plate to be in the box or separate box . So I am not happy and very disappointed we will not be going there again
