        We called to book a taxi an hour in advance and asked if they would take a dog, they said yes and agreed to send a taxi for the required time.telephone operators were lovely! The driver got to us and refused to let us in the car and left us stood in the rain.

        Dont give out you card details!! Taxi company we have used in the past without complaint. However when a taxi driver to Luton last Sunday said their card machine did not work and phoned the office for me to give my card details including PIN number I had no choice. Credit card was cloned and being used within a half hour. Ive been in to let them know they have a bad apple and the person on the desk was extremely rude and defensive, refused to give me the bosses details. Service: Limousines
