I worked with PCDS as the project manager for the design of Chesham Rugby Club and found them to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. It was a very complicated and protracted project, and they were at all times flexible and innovative in solving the many challenges and obstacles we had to overcome. The proof of this is in the end result which is a fantastic new facility for the town.

I was recommended John by a retiring Structural Engineer. John was quickly able to offer his services following advice given in our Building Survey on the structural stability of a property we were purchasing. John inspected the property and conducted a thorough report on what he found, reassuring us that we should proceed with the purchase. He was a pleasure to deal with and I would not hesitate to get in touch if I had any structural issues in the future.

I have used PCDS for various house projects and have always been most impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of John Paul Murphy. He has real vision and I would thoroughly recommend him on any future building project. His detailed approach and no-nonsense advice has always served me well.
