As a landlord and not too great with technology, the guys where extremely helpful and because I didnt understand what I was doing, the IT guys took control of my PC and went through everything, nothing was too much trouble for them to get me up and running, I was invited to have a teams meeting and they took time out and undone all my mistakes and set me up on my way, it was an absolute pleasure. What can l say, great app & software for landlords built and designed by landlords with vast amount of experience in property business and data management. Richard has been great and very engaging from day one. He listened to all my feedback and has made tweaks where he can based on my feedback. I love the idea that they are always improving and adding new features and they are always open to new ideas and suggestions and they are very prompt in responding to emails. I did try quick books and l got nowhere and Alphaletz came to my rescue. I would really recommend anyone with a property business to try their software and I promise you will not regret it. Keep up the great work Richard and team and l look forward to our continued working relationship. I'm a landlord with 30+ properties
