        The worst service ever! Nobody pick up the phone, maybe they are afraid to get contagious by covid? Waiting for y DBS for over 2 months

        In hindsight I ought to have read the dozens of damning reviews which reflect my opinion now Initially all seemed fine but as soon as we dared ask a question things went downhill fast. We had a couple of small queries but managed to find our way around them as there was no support. Recently an applicant had an issue and Civil and Corporate (C&C) told us to phone DBS. DBS said C&C, as the registered body, needed to action the solution so we went back to be told "Unfortunately we are not prepared to waste any more valuable time on this issue". I asked them to close the account and provided bank details to return funds remaining on our account. Below is the shocking response! N.B. I have no clue why she couldn't find our T&C's or why they were relevant to her nor why she thinks we charge nannies!
