        I started seeing Georgia on recommendation from my physio who thought she would be able to help me with some knee issues I was having, Georgia is fantastic at observing physical misalignments and addressing them through strengthening and stretch, I always feel a foot taller when I leave!

        Georgia is a great Pilates teacher. I've been attending her classes for 3 years. She was flexible jumping on to zoom during Covid so we didn't have to miss out but I'm loving being back at the town hall now. Her classes are varied & cater to all levels. Highly recommend!
