        They never have any Covid tests at Amersham and just watched them patronise an 80+ year old women, telling her that she had to get a code to pick up test. Poor woman has no clue and was given a leaflet to go online for code. Just awful.

        Very good customer service. Staff are very helpful with both cosmetics and medicines. Amazing range of products. Always very clean and has lovely window displays all year round!

        Excellent friendly and extremely helpful staff! This shop is a little hidden gem. I popped in to buy my wife a present and was greeted by a young lady who talked me through their extensive range of high end perfumes and cosmetics...... This was several years ago and now my wife actually works there! Happy wife = quiet life!

        Staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were aways happy to allow my hearing dog in training into the shop and she would get so excited to go in to see everyone. The gift wrapping was also very good and aesthetically pleasing.
