Requested services for a home bound patient. Pharmacy told me they were too busy to be able to supply service. Couldnt supply the most basic service. Went to Chesham pharmacy next door and they were more than happy to help. Wont be coming here again.

Went to pick up my prescriptions this afternoon and had to show a code to the lady at the till as there was something wrong with their systems. The lady held my phone with two fingers as if I gave her a piece of dirty laundry. On top of that she dropped my phone on the floor! If one is so scared to hold another person's items please ask for the information to be written down on a piece of paper instead of embarrassing the person.

I have often got my prescriptions sent here direct from the doctor. Yet I still get to wait while they are made up and you can no longer wait inside. This was a big problem especially in the cold snap recently. In future I think I will get my prescriptions sent straight to the chesham pharmacy which never has a queue and is only 100 yrds away. Don't get me wrong the staff are nice enough, but I would rather not have to wait around I a queue of people I'll of whom have some ailment or another

Thank you so much to Chess Pharmacy for the first class organisation of the covid seasonal booster vaccinations. In particular the lovely gentleman who gave my 89 year old father his jab in the car as he has limited mobility at the moment and for also vaccinating myself, mother and partner. See you soon for the flu jabs. I highly recommend this Pharmacy.
