Unfortunately have just visited this pharmacy in Little Chalfont, I found the member of staff who served me didn`t listen to my request of what I required, I got the impression from her that I was a bit of a nuisance, she couldn`t be bothered to come round to the front of the counter to find the product I was asking for, when the product I wanted was not there It appeared to me that she only half listened to my initial request and then had to be directed back to a point were they stored the product behind the counter. On paying no bag was offered to put the product in, requested a bag (cost 10p) this was provided begrudgingly.. The whole experience of shopping at this pharmacy is one of rudeness by this member of staff, this is the second time she has served me and had a similar experience before...

Disgusting attitude from sales assistant. She has absolutely no people skills and is extremely rude. In the past she has snatched products off of my 2 year old son who has picked things up from the shelves before I have had the chance to put them back. She belittles both her fellow staff and customers and has an awful attitude. Seems many people have had issues with same member of staff after reading many reviews. It's a shame one person has made me feel so uncomfortable that I will no longer walk into my local pharmacy and instead opt for another much more friendly branch further afield.

Top service, both professional and friendly. Good pricing on retail products and if you need a flu vaccine Ian is the man to see. Highly recommend, the community is lucky to have such an excellent facility.

I would not recommend using this Pharmacy for any last minute Christmas Shopping. I made a purchase yesterday, paid for it... hadn't taken it from the counter and discovered that it was the wrong fragrance. The sales assistant refused to refund the money, spoke to the manager who also refused to refund. I hadn't even lifted the product from the counter. SHOPPERS BEWARE !!!!!
