Millets own website (see above) and various other sites state the opening hours are 9 - 6 on Tuesdays. Today having driven from Uxbridge and paid for parking I arrived at 5.35 to find the shop door locked. A lady was serving customers so I waited at the door assuming it might be a security procedure when short staffed. She then gave me a puzzled look so I gestured to her and she came to the locked door. I said the website says youre open till 6 to which she replied no its 5.30 and they will be open tomorrow. I explained my journey and that I had parked and paid but to no avail.Awful customer service and sums up why they are struggling to maintain a presence on the high street.
