        I went to Taeona with an ankle injury which I needed sorting as I was running the London Marathon. She was extremely helpful and informative, got me back up and running to complete the marathon ! Taeona really makes you feel at ease, very easy to talk to and all round nice person.

I really appreciated the way she sat me down and conversed at length about my specific pain issue, linking it to lifestyle issues and working closely to encourage small incremental changes in a practical way to solve the problem. Her massage technique has also been spot-on, professional and consistent. Highly recommended!
