I felt compelled to leave a review for this Opticians having just experienced excellent customer service. Ive just had my routine eye check with Chetan who has State of the Art equipment, and who always explained clearly what it was telling him, which I appreciated and found fascinating, hes clearly passionate about his subject. For some time, Id promised myself that I would update my glasses but didnt really know what I wanted and didnt find it easy selecting the right glasses for either the lenses or the frames; however, I neednt have worried as Chetan and his team went to great lengths to offer good support and guidance every step of the way. Divia the practice manager is both friendly and efficient, and their dispensing opticians could not have been kinder or more skilled and patient. Thanks especially to Anne who dispensed my spectacles, who clearly had a wealth of experience and went the extra mile to lead me through the process whilst always listening to what I was saying but guiding as well. I ended up feeling like part of the family such was the care I received and I am enjoying wearing my new glasses. Ruth.
