I was looking for glasses that would help me drive at night more comfortably as well as match my complex prescription. Harrold's not only found me anti-glare lenses, they went to a lot of trouble to get the right weight of frames and the fit spot on. They seem to care a lot about making sure you are 100% happy, much more so than the larger chains. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience, avoid at all costs. The lady who did the eye test was fantastic but the people in the front office are a total shambles. I have experienced so many issues - wrong glasses (twice), I never get called back, late appointments, bad fitting, nonchalant attitude borderline rude with not so much as an apology for any of this. Save yourself a lot of hassle and just go somewhere else. Despite this optician handling my company eye scheme where I get free glasses the experience is so bad I have gone elsewhere and paid.

Unfriendly Front of House The optician was amazing, really friendly and professional. The man in the shop part was unfriendly almost to the point of rudeness. Took my prescription to another optician and spent 500 thete. Shame because the optician was so nice!
