I have been here a few times and have had excellent service but my recent visit was not pleasant at all. My appointment was for a pedicure and eyebrow tint and shape. The appointment time was suppose to be 12.00pm .. Lucky I put a few hours in the car park because I was asked to sit down in the seat at about 12.15 where they began to soak my feet. At 1.10pm the lady approached me to begin my treatment. The treatment was finished by 1.30pm I didnt feel pampered, I didnt feel I got the proper service. I was then seated under the heater and I reminded them about my eyebrows. They just nodded. At about 1.45pm the gentleman came over and started to replace my flip flops, he then gestured me towards the chair for my eyebrows. I asked how long? The lady replied 20mins. I said sorry, I have to go. My car park is running out. I was not happy at all. I felt I had completely wasted my time. I was so upset that I didnt leave a tip. And that is not me. I always tip. Maybe it was an off day for them. I will try again to see if service is different next time but reading the recent reviews does not look good Service: Pedicure

The service here is TERRIBLE! Upon arrival I asked the technician if it would be possible to have my nails removed within 45 minutes. (I get my nails done very regularly and it only ever takes 20-30 minutes maximum) She said yes and I asked her again explaining I had somewhere to be and she ensured me it would. They sat me down with my nails in acetone for a whole hour! Not only is this awful for your hands it also left gel Residue all over my hands. I kept taking my hands out as I could feel my skin becoming sensitive to it to which the technicians did not care. They did not come over to see the progress or pay any attention at all. After being in the nail shop for an hour and half they still did not come to file my nails down or check how they were looking. They left me there for all that time to do other clients nails. After being patient and not complaining for the hour and half I was extremely late to my prior commitments so had to take a tissue and wipe my nails down myself and told the technician I will have to leave. They asked me to pay which I was willing to do so (not that I should considering the only thing they did for me was provide a bowl and acetone) I asked how much and they told me I had to pay full price. I showed them my hands with the gel still on my nails as well as residue all over my hand and they said thats the price. I have never been so disgusted with a service before and would not recommend them to anyone. They were unapologetic and do not care for anything other than money. I had to use them on this occasion as my regular salon was closed for the day but will never be stepping foot into the shop again. Disappointed is an understatement. Service: Polish removal
