        Nafe nails, more like NAFF nails! After less than a week and nearly 50 lighter seven out of ten of my nails had pinged off and one is very chipped. I called them up to see if they could rectify this as elsewhere usually my nails last four weeks plus. They told me yes, come in, so I drove out of my way back to the salon. A total waste of time and petrol as the man was extremely rude and blamed ME, after speaking Chinese on FaceTime showing whoever it was on the other end of the line my nails he excused me of picking them off!! He then said I needed to pay an extra 38 for him to redo. After I already had paid 45 for a ridged flimsy set!! I refused and will NEVER be returning! Absolutely terrible customer service. AVOID at all costs!!
