        Both chesham and Little Chalfont skipton building society have switched of the call back service by phone, and when calling by phone no one ever answers you just stay on line , i need to transfer funds to my bank account ,i emailed both the Chesham and Little Chalfont Branch this morning at 9.30 it is now 1.51 SOMETHING VERY WRONG HERE !!

        Absolute diamonds. Went in with a requirement to transfer funds to my personal savings account with an extremely close deadline. I didnt have the right documentation with me (im all paperless). The team worked out a way I can prove the personal savings account was mine within one working day. 1 hour later, account was approved and the funds had been transferred. 10/10 - thanks!

        Very friendly staff. Hannah answered all our questions and anything she was not sure of found the answer for us. Has a Village bank type feel.
