came in for a repair to my camera and asked for a camera replacement so the worker in the shop said it wouod tske 45 minutes, came back after 45 minutes and he had only ran my phone through a dryer which didnt help any of the damage. i then asked him to actually repair the camera as i had asked which he said would take another 45 minutes, so i came back and he replaced it yet it looked exactly the same and nothing had changed, but i still had to pay him. the cost was low and im pretty sure he didnt change it as it looked the exact same with the bubbles in the camera. maybe he thought i was stupid because im not an adult but im sure i got scammed anyway.

Great service - highly recommended! Had a major fault on my phone (constant rebooting, which wouldn't stop - nothing worked; couldn't transfer data out). Was a major job, and well done! Phone works perfectly again, all data saved - that's one very happy customer... Thanks very much!

Ahmed was incredibly helpful, transparent and kind. I brought in my Pixel 6 at 2pm today that was needing a full screen replacement. Sadly they recently ran out of stock of it and said he'd need to get a hold of one from their suppliers. I thought this would mean 2-3 days without my phone, but Ahmed said he'd go to their wholesale supplier later in the afternoon, fix it for me in the evening and then DROP IT OFF AT MY HOUSE by 10pm! He was extremely transparent about the costs & his small labour fees and was at least 20% cheaper than i could find elsewhere! Oh, and by the way: - He dropped it round at 6pm in perfect working order again - He has given me a manufacturers warranty, beause they fit only genuine parts - He has offered to fit me a screen protector free of charge next time i can pop to help prevent this from happening again Remarkable customer service & i would thoroughly reccomend this shop to anyone!!
