Winter pants
Tried to pay online with their antiquated looking website. Refused my valid card because I ticked no to OTP support. So I then re-entered all the info AGAIN and tried ticking the OTP support box and it still refused. Judging by the other reviews, this website fails almost always. What a cowboy outfit - my surgeon was great, but I won't be using her again as it's too much hassle paying and will use someone else in future. Edit: rang to pay. Was answered by someone who didn't give their name. Sounded bored and rude the whole call, as if they just wanted me to get off the line. Terrible company and the boss just cuts and pastes a standard reply to anyone who gives them a bad review. They clearly don't care about their clients or their customers one bit. I only wish I could give them zero stars.

This company's online payment system is appalling. I wasted half an hour trying to make the payment online as it kept stating I hadn't entered my correct card details. I called them after my third attempt and was told their online system wasn't working - if I'd seen a message with that information when I was trying to pay online rather than the message it gave me it would have saved a lot of my time. Payment couldn't be taken over the phone when I called. I was told their system was slow processing my card and they'd call me if the payment couldn't be taken. When my payment eventually was taken I received an email confirming this from 'cybersource' with no reference to Medbc - very confusing. Not a satisfactory patient experience.

I would give zero stars if I could. Made errors on my bill and wouldn't take payment, even though we agreed on the amount, until they had re-issued the invoice. Then they had the cheek to ask me to phone BUPA to get a code for payment changed - I did this but BUPA said they had never heard of a patient being asked to chase them up for this before. The correct invoice has now arrived after a lengthy delay but the link to payment won't accept payment. Have tried 4 times on 2 different cards. I have just phoned to pay but they are not available. Will have to make time to do this on Monday. Not impressed.

What an awful website have to spend ages on old calendar to go back for your DOB! Tried multiple times with multiple cards but still couldn't pay with their outdated system. Had to spend ages on phone to pay. Hopeless company.
