        Matt trained me when i was fighting competitively many years ago and more recently. For the last year i have attended his evening classes in Beaconsfield and Amersham. Matt is a brilliant instructor who gets the best out of people at the level they present at. I trained with Matt when i was fighting fit and also after coming back from injury, surgery and having children. He adapted the training and I knew i would be well looked after. Fitness is very important but so now is being able to function in my day to day life! I enjoy matts sessions and know that I will continue to be challenged and progress. I have been to other organisations and martial arts training and they haven't been as good. Genesis is a very professional organisation and all the instructors are experienced and knowledgeable. I hope my kids will also become involved in the future. Thank you for very much for your ongoing support. Hopefully i will train for another 15 years!
