This is a great place to learn a fascinating martial art, keep fit, and meet new friends. The classes are relaxed and welcoming, the coaching is excellent, and you don't need a high level of fitness to get a lot out of the sessions. Highly recommended for both children and adults alike.

Kicking derrire or blowing off the cobwebs or pretending to get fit, great for the young and old with expert tuition. Dont die not knowing, give it a go.

Very professional. Always put the interest and safety of our children first. Many members have been going for over 10 years. Very supportive group of people!

We are lucky in Amersham to have an excellent Kung Fu class weekly. Max is super knowledgeable and serious about the practice but does the class in a relaxed and friendly way. He welcomes everyone from all levels.
