Ive had probably 5 pairs now made here and theyve never let me down. No chance Im supporting a high street optician at 4x the cost

Absolutely appalling service. For a company who 'prides' itself in quick service, they are the slowest and most unorganised business I've ever dealt with. God knows how people use them for their glazing, don't trust them with your business!

Having read horrible reviews I thought I'd go against my instincts. How wrong I was to do that. Horrible service. I had spoken the the owner Joe over the phone who had known we were having issues with our glazing. He promised a great service - next day delivery etc and to my utter dismay I was bitterly disappointed. Glasses took 2 weeks to get back to us after I had sent them over to them. They messed up a good few lenses, for which I had to re-order new lenses for, yet they charged us double for the glazing. They had lost two pairs of glasses and took no responsibility. Joe cares only about getting the business, but once he's got it he doesn't care about the service he is providing his clients. We have been invoiced and the fact that we lost a total retail value of almost 200 (from the lost orders), there was no form of apology or even compensation offered by Advanced Optical. Avoid them at all costs. Horrible company to deal with, with a complete lack of compassion and professionalism! If I could I would give them ZERO stars. STAY AWAY!!!
